
Everyone of us has gets busy, when we grow up our responsibilities grow bigger resulting to a different kind of habit more specifically the habit of being moody or lazy sometimes. Growing up as a child and as a student I also have different responsibilities, it includes studying, (advance studying lessons) doing household chores and helping my sister, of course as a daughter I also have certain rules to follow, like no watching television during weekdays, and no reading books until the kitchen's clean, parents often tell the children that they build up the rules to maintain the childrens good manners but to the children they think of it as a burden to follow, instead to follow what they want and to do what they want at any time and any rate this results to catching bad habits like sleeping late at night by chatting in the internet or watching a movie, going to unsocialized events like parties, eating junkfood, leaving chores undone and more having these bad habits may change your life status, if you are having less sleep plus you are eating unhealthy foods like chips and other junkfood this may result to low energy and less ability to focus on what you are doing if this continues you can also have anemia. If you caught anemia you can get low grades because you can't focus on what you're doing from the result of sleepiness, there are other bad habits I didn't mentioned but if you know that you are catching up on one, have a desire to change it to become a better person.
